Job Title: Program Support Officer


About the Role:


We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to provide high-quality administrative support to our team. As a Program Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing invoices and accounts, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:



* Provide high-quality administrative support to staff and clients

* Process invoices and accounts in accordance with SA Health procedures

* Maintain accurate records and files

* Support coordination of meetings, bookings, and appointments

* Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold our values





Requirements:



* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong customer service focus with the ability to handle sensitive information

* Sound computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems

* Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

* A collaborative and flexible approach to working as part of a team
