Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting economic assessments and modeling on pressing issues facing businesses and government in Australia and around the world.
* Performing cutting-edge economic appraisals, including cost-benefit analysis and economic impact assessments to guide decision-making.
* Providing policy, strategic and regulatory advice in key areas of the economy like energy, resources, trade, tax, human services and the environment.
* Liaising with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Supporting the growth of the business by developing new services, adopting new technology and analytical capabilities, and activating ideas to help clients succeed in a dynamic economy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A degree qualified professional with over 1-3 years of experience is required. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues and provide advice on policy, program guidelines, market trends, and industry practices are also necessary.
