* Experience in responsive design and hybrid mobile apps using (NativeScript / ReactJS / Titanium) a big plus
* A willingness to mentor developers
* Excellent communication skills a must, both in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities:
* Making phone calls for our customers
* handling inbound calls and solving inquiries in relation to Hujiao services
* Translating emails from Chinese to English for our customers
Experience and Skills
* A very professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
* Minimum 12 months experience working within the customer service space, preferably within a call center
* Background in internation trading, finance, psychology or IT is most preferable.
* Speaking English as a native language or a major working language
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
