Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations, ensure best practice service delivery, manage risk, and foster a positive team culture in our Domestic and Family Violence Program.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of family violence, including intersectionality and gendered analysis, and the ability to provide direction and support to a multidisciplinary team.

* You will have a proven track record of providing leadership, direction, and support to teams.
* Your expertise in family violence, including intersectionality and gendered analysis, will enable you to effectively lead our Domestic and Family Violence Program.
The Role
* Lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team delivering critical services to individuals experiencing domestic and family violence.
* Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality operations across our Domestic and Family Violence Program services.
