The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is the first level of the Victorian court system and is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria. It has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state. Specialist Courts and Programs within the Magistrates' Court lead therapeutic and solution-focused justice initiatives to address the root causes of offending and reduce re-offending.
