Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. The Social Media Marketing Manager will plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across key social media platforms to promote ACE Language Academy's programs and brand. The role includes managing the social media calendar, monitoring channels daily, responding to comments and messages, and fostering an active online community of learners and partners. The manager will analyze social media performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation. Collaboration with academic and operations teams to support campaigns, events, promotions, and brand consistency will be a core part of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
* Proficiency in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing, including planning campaigns, aligning content with business goals, and optimizing for conversions.
* Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
* Experience with social media analytics tools, reporting on KPIs, and using data to refine campaigns.
* Familiarity with basic design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) for creating social media assets.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with experience handling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
* Prior experience in education, language training, or related sectors is advantageous but not required.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
