Warehouse & Distribution Manager
Job type: Full‐Time, Monday – Friday. Multi‐Site Leadership. Interstate travel required approximately once every six months.

The Opportunity
Lead end‐to‐end operations across four warehouse sites (Caboolture, Capalaba, Nerang, Huntingwood NSW), driving efficiency, safety, and a strong, engaged team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support warehouse teams across four sites, ensuring consistent standards and performance.
* Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost control in line with budget and operational targets.
* Monitor labour planning, rostering, and base manning to match trading patterns.
* Build a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS and legislative requirements.
* Improve processes, identify smarter ways of working, and reduce inefficiencies.
* Coach, mentor, and develop leaders and team members, including performance management.
* Ensure accurate administration, reporting, and documentation.
* Support inventory management to meet customer demand while controlling stock levels.
* Lead recruitment, training, succession planning, and team capability uplift.
* Foster collaboration and clear communication across sites and leadership levels.

You'll Ideally Have
* Proven experience in warehouse or distribution management, preferably across multiple sites.
* A strong focus on culture, engagement, and continuous improvement.
* Experience driving efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
* Experience or a solid understanding of the building, construction, or home improvement industry (highly regarded).
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform in a fast‐paced environment.
* A tech‐savvy mindset with solid computer and reporting skills.
* Ability to travel interstate when required (approx once every six months).
