The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Leader to join our dynamic operations team. This is a hands‐on role with variety – ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a good work ethic, and thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the customer service and sales team providing support on pricing, stock availability and reporting.
* Provide backup for customer service team during peak periods of inbound calls.
* Manage price increases including customer approval and system update.
* Provide monthly reports on customer/product sales and identify trends and opportunities.
* Provide reports to the CEO and leadership team on key metrics.
* Manage escalated customer relations and warranties.
* Monitor product margins and investigate where required.
* Assist in the launch of new products and services.
* Local procurement, part maintenance and purchasing.
About You
* Full working rights in Australia (mandatory)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* A positive attitude and team‐first mentality
* Intermediate HubSpot experience (mandatory)
* Experience in equipment and machinery industry preferred
* Adaptable and versatile to situations
* Ability to lead and decision make
* Minimum 3‐5 years of customer service management experience required
