Administrative Officer
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the effective management of our OHS systems and maintain compliance across all safety-related processes.
* This is a part-time position, working 22.8 hours per week, on an ongoing basis at our Warrnambool Campus.
You will play a key role in supporting the manager of audit risk and compliance in ensuring that our workplace remains safe and compliant with relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a Certificate IV in Business (Administration) or equivalent qualification, and at least two years' experience in a similar role.
About the Role
* Maintain accurate records in our OHS Management System
* Support the collection, entry, and analysis of safety data
* Assist in developing safety procedures and coordinating training
* Provide administrative support for incident investigations and safety audits
* Generate reports and assist in OHS communications
* Collaborate with teams to ensure workplace incidents and inspections are followed up appropriately
