This role supports a high-impact research program investigating offender rehabilitation and strategies to reduce reoffending across NSW prisons.
Base pay range
A$92,******/yr – A$98,******/yr
Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare research documentation, including ethics applications, reports, project communications, and travel itineraries.
Liaise with justice professionals, correctional agencies, and research collaborators to ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes.
Assist with literature reviews, data management, and the preparation of materials for publications and presentations.
About You
You are a proactive, highly organised professional with experience in research support or administration, ideally with knowledge of the criminal justice system. You work confidently both independently and collaboratively, managing competing priorities for timely delivery of tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders, are required.

Experience in literature reviews, data management systems, and other research support activities.
Computer skills including MS Office, Adobe Suite, and possibly statistical or qualitative analysis packages.
