About the role
Join DKSH Healthcare Australia as a Virtual Sales Representative and gain hands‐on experience in the healthcare industry. Perfect for graduates, entry‐level candidates, or those who simply prefer the flexibility of hybrid/virtual work. We have a number of new projects commencing, including long and short term contracts.
What You'll Be Doing
* Represent our client's product portfolio to customers (GP's/Pharmacies) through virtual channels (outbound calling)
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective virtual selling techniques
* Collaborate with the virtual team to share best practices and support each other's success (join a fun, tight knit team!)
* Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reporting on activities and performance
* Work in a hybrid environment: 3 days office based and 2 days WFH (Sydney or Melbourne only)
What We're Looking For
* Entry level candidates wanting to work virtually and break into pharma sales!
* Science / Healthcare background (preferred)
* Junior sales experience (retail/hospitality etc)
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
* Resilient mindset
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
* Ambitious and driven, with a passion for exceeding targets
* Open to candidates currently based in NSW and VIC only.
