**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing Coordinator with Administration Responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director and Recruitment Team. Your focus will be on re-launching the business and driving our marketing efforts forward. The role requires a creative individual who is passionate about content creation, proficient in managing social media platforms, and possesses exceptional administrative skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
- Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media management
- Brand Awareness: Actively seek opportunities to increase brand awareness through targeted content distribution
- Product Launch and Updates: Highlight and promote new product launches, ensuring timely updates on our Shopify sites
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure accurate and timely content delivery
**Your Skills & Requirements**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field with 3 years plus experience is preferred
- Desire to learn about the company & market
- Relevant industry experience
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manage your time efficiently, along with the ability to prioritise work
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated knowledge/ experience across as many of the following as possible
- CMS platforms - WordPress, Shopify
- SEO/SEM
- Social media marketing - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest etc
- Posting, Scheduling & Managing Engagement
- Paid Advertising achieving solid ROI
- Copywriting & Content Management
- Demonstrated experience creating successful targeted campaigns
- Proactive approach to analysing all marketing and campaigns to ensure positive ROI
