Role Overview
Your role as a Home Lending Specialist (known internally as a Customer Relationship Manager) is to deliver an exceptional experience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.
Whether you're guiding first home buyers to create a plan to purchase, or supporting a seasoned investor, you'll play an integral part of helping our customers through the lending journey and driving growth.
Responsibilities
* Build a pipeline of lending leads and nurture these relationships throughout the buying journey using our CRM.
* Guide customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we're here to help them achieve their goals.
* Leverage your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and future‐ready your customers for financial success.
* Build strong, relationship‐centric connections with the community, the branch, and the Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes.
* Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning and pursue on‐the‐job training and other learning opportunities.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in customer service or sales.
* High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations.
* Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and develop a holistic view of their situation.
* Highly developed credit analysis skills.
* Understanding of small business offerings.
* Consumer lending experience – essential.
Employment Details
This is a permanent, full‐time position located in Ettalong Beach. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
