**How will I help?**
As the Digital Fraud Officer, you will be working within the Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention team. This role can be based at our Kogarah or Paramatta offices. You will be reporting to the Digital Fraud Team Manager and be responsible for reviewing and investigation suspicious activity conducted via a range of payment methods.
Some of your responsibilities are:
- Assisting vulnerable customers who are victims of Fraud
- Managing Inbound Calls within agreed service level
- Build strong working relations with wider teams within Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention
- Liaise with our internal Investigations teams on complex cases and escalate matters of concern

**What do I need?**
Ideally you will have excellent customer service experience and worked in a phone-based or call centre environment. We are looking for individuals that have great empathy and positive attitude to be able to support and guide our customers in their time of need.
You will have excellent time management skills, ability to work in a structured setting & be adaptable to change.
