Key Accountabilities:
* Collection and compilation of evidence for projects, including new product development and value-added solutions for new build and specification markets.
* Development of technical documentation, including standards, updates to building regulations, new products, and emerging market trends.
* Design and implementation of training programs and delivery methodologies.
* Analysis of quality-related issues to identify root causes and deliver corrective and preventive actions.
* Generation of innovative ideas through alternative working methods and or manufacturing processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of Microsoft packages, as well as a manufacturing/engineering or other technical/science-based degree. They will also be curious, with a positive approach to self-learning across technical industry sectors.
