Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor
At our organization, we deliver infrastructure project support services such as construction materials testing, environmental consulting and specialized testing throughout Australia and New Zealand.
* The Role: A great opportunity to step into a Laboratory Supervisor role. This position supports the Lab Manager as the second-in-command (2IC), with responsibilities including managing daily testing workflows, reporting results, allocating tasks to technicians, supporting training and development (lab and field), and assisting with equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing daily testing workflows and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
* Reporting results and allocating tasks to technicians.
* Supporting training and development in both laboratory and field settings.
Requirements:
* Nuclear Density Gauge Licence is a nice to have.
* Extensive experience in soil/concrete testing with a focus on construction materials testing (CMT).
* Ability to work cohesively within a team-driven environment.
* Supervisory experience is preferred.
* Australian/NZ Citizens or Permanent Residents are required. Long-term temporary work visas may be considered for experienced personnel.
