Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating freight pickups and deliveries, handling invoices and payments, and managing paperwork and data entry with accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact for customers and drivers
* Handle invoices, purchase orders, and payments in a timely and efficient manner
* Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries, ensuring prompt and reliable service
* Manage paperwork and data entry, maintaining accurate records and reports
* Assist with freight enquiries and support supervisors as needed
* Perform PUD deliveries and pickups where required, operating LF forklifts as necessary
* Assist in the warehouse with sortation and consolidation of freight
