The Position
Our innovative service model focuses on delivering best clinical outcomes. As a Physiotherapy Assistant you will work with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory patients within home care across Mornington Peninsula. You will deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans, work with allied health professionals to implement multidisciplinary care plans, educate clients and families, liaise with the clinical supervisor, and work autonomously to prioritise tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
* Police Check Clearance
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time‐management skills and attention to detail
