In this pivotal role, you'll be the administrative backbone of our national maintenance services, providing efficient customer support, managing contracts and systems, and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
In this role you will: Prepare clear, customer-focused pricing and ensure all portal rates stay accurate and competitive.
Create timely, precise quotations using the required systems and applications.
Source and supply products through preferred vendors to secure strong commercial outcomes.
Coordinate order ETAs, keep customers informed, and escalate fulfilment issues when needed.
Support smooth purchasing and inventory flow by assisting with orders and working closely with Logistics.
Manage customer and vendor returns, maintain tailored customer processes, and respond quickly to all enquiries.
Deliver customised reporting and analysis that supports informed decision-making.
About You Previous experience as an administrator, particularly within the dynamic realm of IT, is highly advantageous.
Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office expertise and internet proficiency.
Exceptional communication skills for clear and accurate interaction.
High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated business acumen, integrity in customer, vendor, and peer interactions, and the ability to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
