Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
* Providing 2nd level IT support both remote and onsite for a broad client base.
* Maintaining relationships with clients.
* Performing administration, configuring and maintenance of core infrastructure components including networking, compute, storage, virtualisation, cloud and security platforms.
* Acting as an escalation point for level 1 & 2 support technicians.
* Undertaking project delivery of infrastructure & network solutions.
* Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner.
* Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and adoption of new technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware / Hyper‐V, Azure, Microsoft 365, Veeam / Datto backups and Networking.
* The ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
* A tertiary education in Information Technology; certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, VMware and Aruba are highly regarded.
* Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider.
* Current driver's license and access to a car.
