About the Role This role is ideal for someone who:
Already has experience in financial planning firms and is familiar with CRM software like
AdviserLogic
or
Xplan, and or
Is a financial planning student or recent graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience and a pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser.
You’ll work closely with senior advisers and be exposed to all aspects of the advice process, from strategy preparation through to client implementation and review.
Support advisers in preparing compliant Statements and Records of Advice (SoAs/RoAs)
Maintain client data and workflows using
AdviserLogic
and platform software (Hub24, Netwealth, Macquarie, etc.)
Assisting with research, financial modelling, and product comparisons
Manage client implementation tasks and ongoing service requirements
Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders
Contribute to the delivery of high‑quality client outcomes
About You We’re open to two types of candidates:
Experienced administrator or paraplanner with existing knowledge of the financial planning process and
AdviserLogic
software, and or
Financial planning student or recent graduate seeking a support role with a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified financial adviser.
You’ll be successful if you have:
A genuine interest in financial planning and helping people achieve their goals
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with clients and team members
Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Proactive, curious, and eager to develop into a future Financial Adviser
Desirable:
Experience with
AdviserLogic, Hub24, Netwealth, or other platforms or CRM systems
Understanding of superannuation, investments, and insurance advice processes
Enrolled in or recently completed a financial planning degree or Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning
