Key Responsibilities:
* The School Officer will provide administrative support to the management team in maintaining physical resources, particularly school buildings and assets.
* They will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to routine enquiries.
Main Duties:
* Administrative duties including data entry, document processing and correspondence
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive material
* Assisting the Manager Corporate Services in administering marketing, financial, physical and human resources
