Eldercare is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team at Eldercare Cottage Grove at Woodcroft.
The role is a Fixed Term Part Time position (12 month contract) working Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 08:30 to 16:30.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will deliver exceptional front-line service, supporting residents, families, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
* Front-of-House Excellence: providing top-notch reception service and keeping the site running smoothly.
* Administrative All-Rounder: providing vital support to Site Operations Managers and managing key systems.
* Finance & Resident: handling billing, claims, and reconciliations, and helping residents access their funds.
* People & Culture: assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff support.
* Property & Facilities: coordinating maintenance requests and supporting building works.

* Confident working independently, with great time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
