As a result of a significant project pipeline, our Electrical, Instruments & Controls Team based in our Resources and Industry Group in Brisbane has an opportunity for Professional and Senior Engineers to support our growth.
Working in a dynamic, consulting environment on major mining, heavy industry and resources projects, you will utilise your electrical systems experience including HV, LV, instrumentation, controls and communications, vendor package integration, to drive the continued development of our team.
As an Electrical Engineer you will champion technical excellence and grow your experience under the mentorship of our experienced team members. Client liaison and project management opportunities will be provided on your career path, working for an international consultancy!
The qualities that help you thrive:
* Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years' experience designing industrial and mining power, electrical, instrument and control systems
* Demonstrated experience in the design and specification of systems such as HV/LV distribution, controls and communications and safety systems, preferably in industrial and mining space
* Experience in producing engineering documentation such as technical drawings and specifications, datasheets, scope of works and material requisitions
* Possess current knowledge of the relevant industry standards and the application in compliant designs
* You will be someone who is looking to achieve outstanding results and most importantly, be someone that enjoys sharing knowledge, supporting ideas, and encouraging others to develop their skills and experience;
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering
* CPEng and/or RPEQ (or working towards obtaining).
