* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of project professionals to deliver infrastructure projects.
* Manage and oversee contractors engaged in the delivery of complex works programs.
* Coordinate and monitor multiple projects concurrently to ensure timely delivery within approved scope and compliance frameworks.
* Provide strategic direction and expert guidance on project planning, design, procurement, and construction.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience managing complex infrastructure programs in regulated environments.
* Demonstrated capability in contractor management and oversight of large-scale capital works projects.
* Strong leadership skills with ability to guide, motivate, and support staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and policies related to civil infrastructure and construction.
