Role Overview:
As the Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative processes throughout the construction lifecycle. You'll oversee critical project milestones, coordinate communication between clients and site teams, and support two site supervisors to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks from soil report requests through to project handover.
• Provide high-level support to two site supervisors, ensuring clear communication and documentation flow.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the build process, providing regular updates and addressing any queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all site correspondence, contracts, permits, and other essential documents.
• Identify and resolve administrative issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Foster a positive client experience and uphold the company's reputation for professionalism and quality.
