The Role
Key Responsibilities
You will be reporting directly to the Project Director to ensure all projects are delivered in a cost effective and timely manner.
You will also be working with the principal contractor, as well as sub-contractors and other specialists to ensure projects get done.
Monitor and coordinate the design, testing and implementation of programmes.
Deliver weekly and monthly progress reports.
Deal with Early Works contracts from start to finish, ensuring that everything is in line with company standards and procedures.
Monitor service installation and DLP.
About You
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with in-depth building services engineering skills, as well as a proven background in managing complex commercial construction or fit-out projects.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience as an Engineering, Project Management or Building Services consultant.
Demonstrated experience in the commercial construction sector across corporate offices, Data Centres, Hospitals or Telecoms switching centres.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
