The Role
An opportunity is available for an experienced Administration Officer to join the Care Partner Team on a 6‐week temporary assignment based in West Lakes. This role plays a key part in supporting the Duty Officer function, ensuring client enquiries are handled efficiently and services continue to run smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls and respond to client enquiries
* Support the Duty Officer function, including triaging and escalating matters
* Prepare client documentation including service agreements
* Coordinate scheduling requests and follow up outstanding actions
* Liaise with internal teams and external providers
* Provide general administrative support to the Care Partner Team
You
* Experience in aged care or community services (HCP, CHSP, SAH)
* Strong customer service and phone‐based support experience
* Confident managing client enquiries and documentation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management systems
* Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
