We're looking for a highly organised Accounts & Data Entry Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves numbers, thrives on accuracy, and is confident handling financial follow-ups with professionalism. This role requires you to be onsite in Kalgoorlie.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in supporting the financial and administrative side of the business, including:
* Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
* Accurate data entry and record management
* Assisting with payroll and accounts administration
* Following up outstanding accounts and managing bad debt processes
* Communicating with patients regarding overdue balances in a professional, respectful manner
* Supporting reporting and day-to-day financial operations
* Banking
About You
* Strong attention to detail (you actually enjoy getting things right)
* Confident with numbers and basic accounting processes
* Comfortable having firm but friendly financial conversations
* Excellent communication skills (written and phone)
* Fast and accurate data entry skills
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
* Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB or similar preferred)
* Previous experience in accounts/admin roles highly regarded
