Case Worker - Kinship Care
Support and monitor children in kinship care to ensure their safety, stability and developmental needs are met. Work closely with carers and care teams to develop and review care plans, strengthen family and community supports, and advocate for the voices and wishes of the young people. Coordinate care team meetings, maintain case documentation, lead transition planning for young people preparing to leave care, and help secure permanency and positive outcomes.

Skills and Experience
* Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related discipline.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
* Experience working with vulnerable children and families in community services, care services, or case management.
* Experience engaging families successfully and using an outreach model of service.
* Knowledge of child development, trauma and attachment theories.
* Ability to assess and respond to risk for children and young people.
