* Take charge of grid connection related work for large-scale energy storage projects, focus on Australian market development
* Communicate and negotiate with local power grid authorities, regulatory institutions and relevant third-party organizations
* Promote grid access application, approval procedures and technical compliance verification of energy storage projects
* Coordinate internal engineering, technical and project teams to resolve grid connection technical difficulties
* Track policy updates and industry standards of Australian power grid, optimize project grid access solutions
* Maintain long-term stable partnership with local grid-side stakeholders
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering, power system and related disciplines preferred
* Familiar with Australian power grid rules and large-scale energy storage grid connection procedures
* Rich experience in grid connection coordination of utility-scale energy storage projects is a plus
* Possess outstanding communication, negotiation and cross-department coordination ability
* Strong problem-solving mindset, capable of coping with complex project progress issues
* Willing to travel frequently within Australia for business visits and site work
