Branch Supervisor
We currently have an excellent opportunity available to drive the success of the Osborne Park branch. The position will assist the Metro North Manager in delivering the business objectives through demonstrated and effective ownership, initiative and supervision of the branch location. Reporting to the Metro North Manager, this is a pivotal role within the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operational supervision for the branch resources, both front and back of house. Motivated and driven, your proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service will ensure you are able to hit the ground running in this opportunity.
The successful candidate will be required to;
Control and coordinate the correct fleet mix within the branch
Drive the rental utilisation, sales and customer service within the branch
Resolve roster issues that may arise on a day to day basis
Complete branch reporting and reconciliation as required
Supervise a positive working environment
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Positive, confident and strong personality that can take ownership of a branch at supervisory level
Car and truck rental experience preferred
Desire to work in a 'Hands On' role
Demonstrated effective usage of interpersonal skills along with communication style to coach staff in selling to customers and providing exceptional service and going the extra mile
Proven ability to exceed customer expectations in terms of the service and quality of product offered
Desire to work in a competitive environment where sales targets are exceeded & results are achieved through teamwork
Unrestricted drivers' license (MR license preferred)
