What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Junior Lawyer for our Client Intake Direct to Lawyer Team in Melbourne on a Full Time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Responsibilities include providing initial legal advice for new injury claims in Victoria across Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation, Workers' Compensation, and Public Liability, performing early triage and instruction-taking, evaluating enquiry viability, and advising on legal costs agreements.
Qualifications
* Previous exposure in Personal Injury Law preferred but we are open to Junior Lawyers
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
* Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
