We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to lead one of our streams and ensure we deliver high-quality features, enhancements, integrations, and platform improvements, predictably and at pace.
As a key member of our Engineering team, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of delivery, partnering across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Client Success, and external technology partners to make sure the right work is delivered at the right time, to the right standard.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of complex technical work, driving predictable delivery, strong engineering outcomes, and world-class user experiences. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to teams, ensuring the right work is delivered at the right time, to the right quality.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery across features, enhancements, integrations, and projects.
- Drive disciplined delivery processes and proactive risk, dependency, and blocker management.
- Partner with Product to maintain clear, prioritised backlogs and strong work readiness.
- Lead planning rituals - standups, refinement, sprint planning, retros, and ensure sprint readiness
- Align Engineering, QA, Product, Support, and Client Success around goals, scope, and quality.
- Embed strong quality and release governance across testing, validation, and change control.
- Track delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability, defects) and improve performance.
- Provide technical clarity across SDLC, APIs, integrations, and architecture.
- Advocate for consistent, intuitive, world-class UX and challenge decisions that compromise quality.
- Manage external partners (where relevant) through onboarding, testing, and release coordination.
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting and forecasting to leadership.
About you
You’ll bring at least three years of experience in delivery management, project management, or technical program management within a SaaS or software environment. You have a robust understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC practices, and Jira-based workflows, and you’re comfortable coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams.
With the ability to grasp technical concepts including APIs, integrations, and system behaviour, you can confidently engage with engineering teams and support predictable, scalable technical delivery.
An excellent communicator and facilitator, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, you can influence without authority to drive alignment and lead cross-functional teams.
Calm, structured, and solutions-focused, you bring clarity and stability even in high-pressure or fast-moving environments.
Accountable for outcomes and delivery excellence, you’ll bring a high-performance mindset and strong critical thinking. Naturally curious and analytical, you’re always seeking ways to improve tools, processes, and team performance. You thrive as a collaborative leader who builds trust, fosters alignment, and creates clarity across teams.
