We are seeking a motivated and ambitiousCadetGraduateto join our team. This entry-level role is designed for someone who istech-savvy, highly organised, and eager to learn. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting our project delivery team while gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of our operations.
This role is intended as a development pathway – starting with foundational tasks and responsibilities, then growing into a broader project coordination or management role as skills and experience build.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of project documentation such asITPs, SWMS, HRW permitsand other compliance requirements.
* Supporting senior staff withcomputer-based tasksand maintaining a high standard of digital organisation.
* Marking up scopes of workunder direction and ensuring project documentation is kept current.
* Assisting withmaterial pricing exercisesand collation of supplier information.
* Sending and tracking samplesfor client and consultant approvals.
* Taking ownership of theorganisation and formatting of our company's digital folders, including: Active projects folders, Contracts folders, Tenders folders, New quotes folders, Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and easy navigation of digital information across the business.
