Responsibilities
* Interpret parts
* Process customer orders
* Efficiently dispatch products and parts
* Promote specials
* Arrange buy ins
* Process customer credits
* Serve as first point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
* Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
* Pick, pack, dispatch orders
* Meet deadlines
* Provide excellent customer service
* Assist the team where needed
* Organise storeroom and maintain safety standards
* Note: This role requires lifting, bending, climbing, safe driving and machine operation.
Qualifications
* Technical parts interpreting knowledge ("know how")
* Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
* Confidence in sharing knowledge in a customer‐friendly way
* Solution‐focused problem‐solving skills
* Sound computer skills
