Our client urgently requires a Program Support Officer for a 12‐month + contract in Buderim. The Program Support Officer will provide professional, productive, and effective administration and communications support that assists the Governance and Design team, wider Stakeholder Management unit and the North Coast Region to achieve its outcomes and priorities.
Skills and Experience required
* Demonstrated ability in managing busy, high-volume inboxes and delivering accurate, productive email communication to a variety of stakeholders.
* Maintains a high standard of qualified practice in a range of administrative and governance processes, including proficient use of databases and accurate data entry.
* Experience in supporting process improvements, including identifying and resolving issues to improve team practices is desirable.
* Knowledge of state government processes and policies is also highly desirable.
* Government experience would be highly advantageous.
