A Gippsland-based organisation is seeking a Design and Web Advisor to join its Communications and Media team - someone who can combine creativity with digital expertise to strengthen community engagement.
In this role, you will:
* Develop and maintain the organisation's website and digital platforms
* Design engaging visual content across print and online channels
* Create and manage digital forms to streamline workflows
* Ensure consistent branding and visual identity
* Capture and edit photography and video for campaigns and publications
* Provide advice on best-practice communication and design

About you:
You're a creative all-rounder with strong design skills, digital know-how, and a passion for community-focused work.
You'll bring:
* A qualification in Communications, Design, or a related field
* Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
* Experience with CMS platforms (ideally Webflow)
* Strong understanding of brand and visual identity
* Skills in photography and videography
Experience in government or community sectors will be highly regarded.
