Job Overview
MSS Security is currently seeking part-time security officers to support operations at Stockland, Birtinya.
This role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, retailers, and visitors by delivering professional customer service, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with site procedures and company protocols.
Responsibilities
Foot patrols, monitor and use of CCTV and radio communications systems
Respond to incidents and perform fire warden duties
Liaise with police and emergency response services
Escort staff and customers where required
Perform concierge duties
Maintain logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork
Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries
Skills & Experience
Current QLD Security Licence – unarmed, crowd control and monitoring
Completed a Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Current open driver license
Working rights in Australia
Intermediate computer skills
Master licence – *****
