Position Overview
As a Concreter / Landscaper, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes on our custom pools. Working on premium projects, you'll ensure that each pool's meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install concrete slabs around freshly installed pools (steel fixing, formwork and finish)
- Construct masonry walls, perform paving, and integrate landscaping features to complement fiberglass and concrete pool installations.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all work meets design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in concrete works, masonry walls construction, paving or similar landscaping trades - essential.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in concrete works, masonry walls construction, or paving is required.
- Paving, tiling, fencing, glazing and softscaping experiences - advantage
- High standard of craftsmanship with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites across Greater Sydney.
