Site Maintenance Specialists is continuing to grow, and we're looking for experienced Supervisors, Mechanical Fitters, and Boilermakers to join our South West WA team for upcoming shutdowns, maintenance works, and operational support projects.

Roles
* Lead crews across shutdowns, maintenance, and operational works
* Promote and maintain strong safety standards onsite
* Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of works
* Oversee productivity, quality, and reporting requirements
* Build strong relationships with clients and site personnel
* Day and night shift rosters available
* Camp accommodation available for DIDO work
Mechanical Fitters & Boilermakers
* Shutdown, maintenance, and project works across South West WA
* Crusher, conveyor, pump, and plant maintenance
* Work within experienced and safety-focused crews
* Ongoing opportunities for reliable and motivated tradespeople
* Day and night shift rosters available
What We're Looking For
* Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with unrestricted work rights.
* Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate
* White Card
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
* Highly Desirable Experience: Jaw crushers, pumps
* Both Mechanical Fitter and Boilermaker qualifications are required for optimal suitability
* Working at Heights
* Confined Space Entry
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* Highly Desirable Experience: Warman pump experience, jaw crusher maintenance, cone crusher maintenance, previous shutdown or mining maintenance experience
