Wingham Rehabilitation Hospital provides:

About the role
As the Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you'll be based at Wingham Community Hospital, working within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team. The position is job‐shared with an experienced Occupational Therapist, making it an ideal opportunity to learn from a seasoned clinician, share knowledge and ideas, and grow your confidence and rehabilitation expertise.
Rehabilitation is a dynamic and deeply rewarding environment. In this role, you will:
* Deliver face‐to‐face therapy to both inpatients and outpatients
* Facilitate therapy groups
* Work closely with patients and their families to achieve meaningful, functional goals
You'll be supported from day one with:
* A two‐day structured orientation (with extra days available if required)
* Ongoing professional support from a broader network of Occupational Therapists at Manning Base Hospital

Requirements
* Must hold a bachelor or postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy with current general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

* When the contract is for a minimum 18‐month commitment, all payments to part‐time and contract employees will be made on a pro‐rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions. If the contract ends before the agreed completion date, you may be required to repay a portion of the incentive. The increased RHWIS allowance is approved until 30 June 2026. Commencement after this date may be subject to change, including the allowance amount for which you may be eligible.
