About the Opportunity
Working closely with Product Line Management and Sales stakeholders, this role provides technical and operational support across the product lifecycle. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring product information, documentation, training materials and systems are accurate and aligned, while supporting projects, process improvements and day-to-day coordination across internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Act in line with Sandvik's EHS Vision and policies, maintaining a strong focus on Zero Harm, and ensuring all activities meet health, safety and quality standards.
* Ensure all work aligns with Sandvik's values and the Sandvik Way, supporting organisational priorities.
* Provide technical product support to Product Line Management and act as the primary help desk contact for Sales Areas.
* Respond to technical and commercial product enquiries, coordinating requirements and information flow with internal stakeholders.
* Maintain consistency and alignment of product information, positioning, and messaging across regions.
* Support Sales teams by providing accurate product information, training materials, and product knowledge (online and face-to-face).
* Manage and distribute technical, training, and commercial documentation, ensuring version control, accuracy and accessibility.
* Support the development and continuous improvement of product-related processes, systems, and tools, including maintaining product support databases.
* Contribute to product line and engineering projects, including coordinating initiatives, supporting field trials, and managing product performance data.
* Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including coordination, tracking and reporting of product support activities.
About you
To be successful, you will bring a Certificate III/IV in Engineering or equivalent experience, along with a solid understanding of the heavy equipment industry and a current driver's licence. You have strong communication skills and can clearly interpret and convey complex product information, working effectively across teams and within a project environment. You're organised, detail-oriented and confident using business systems and Microsoft Office tools, with a proactive, accountable approach and willingness to travel.
Experience in technical administration, documentation and coordinating projects or training activities will be highly regarded, along with strong document control capability. Exposure to preparing professional reports and presentations, supporting product initiatives, and working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is also desirable.
