Site Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of construction sites, managing trade contractors, and ensuring that all works are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site activities, including supervision of laborers, trade contractors, and other personnel
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide project updates
* Coordinate and manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and labor
* Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality
Requirements:
* Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2-10 years of experience in site supervision or management
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of services and internal trades, as well as experience working in shopping centre and supermarket projects.
Project Details:
The company is looking for a Site Supervisor to work on a range of projects across fit-out and refurb projects throughout QLD. Projects are typically valued between $500k - $3M and located throughout Greater Brisbane and Regional QLD.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site, with some travel and night shifts possible. A valid driver's license is not essential but would be advantageous.
