Now, we're looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our high-performing Education Construction team — someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering world-class learning facilities.
You'll begin your Wiley journey with the delivery of a $15 million school project in Broadbeach, a high-profile build that will shape the learning environment for generations to come.
About the Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you'll play a critical role in the successful delivery of major education projects. Based onsite at Broadbeach, you'll manage key commercial responsibilities, contractual obligations, and project support functions that ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administering contracts in line with legal and project requirements
* Managing variations, claims, and procurement processes
* Supporting the project team with cost control and reporting
* Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
* Ensuring contract compliance and project timelines are maintained
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role within commercial construction
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline (preferred)
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Proficiency with Jobpac or similar project management software (advantageous)
* A client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes
