About Our Client
This role sits within a large, multi‐organisation project environment, partnering closely with leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping drive business performance through effective people management across the employee lifecycle.
Operating in a highly collaborative 'alliance' setting, you will work across multiple stakeholders, supporting people initiatives, managing risk, and ensuring alignment between business needs and HR best practice.
Roles and Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Advisory
* Partner with senior leaders to provide practical HR advice aligned to business goals
* Build strong, trusted relationships to influence decision‐making and outcomes
* Coach managers on people leadership, performance, and team effectiveness
Employee Relations & Performance Management
* Manage employee relations matters, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
* Disciplinary processes
* Investigations and grievances
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
* Support recruitment mapping and workforce planning strategies
* Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and resourcing solutions
* Contribute to attracting and retaining high‐quality talent
Generalist HR Support
* Deliver end‐to‐end HR support across the employee lifecycle
* Support key HR processes including performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and organisational changes
* Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across the project
Requirements
* Proven experience as a HR Generalist with strong Business Partnering exposure
* Demonstrated experience managing PIPs, employee relations cases, and recruitment and workforce mapping
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to operate in a complex, multi‐stakeholder environment
* Immediate availability
* Willingness to travel between Richmond and Sunshine
* Ability to quickly build relationships and add value in a contract workplace
