Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure SAP landscapes.
* Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
* Monitor and optimize SAP system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
* Mentor junior BASIS administrators and provide technical leadership.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of SAP BASIS administration and architecture experience.
* Strong expertise in SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and SAP Solution Manager.
* Hands-on knowledge of operating systems (UNIX, Linux, Windows) and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
