About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Material Handler to join our thriving warehouse operation currently located in Mulgrave.
Please note: Our warehouse will be relocating to a new, modern facility in Moorabbin within the next few months, and this role will move with the team to the new site.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe handling of materials to support operations, production, and customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently
* Perform stock put‐away, replenishment, and internal warehouse movements
* Operate RF scanners for real‐time inventory transactions
* Process inventory in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
* Conduct cycle counts and support stock accuracy initiatives
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
* Follow all WHS and material‐handling procedures
* Provide occasional assembly support to the production team
About You
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Experience using RF scanners
* Exposure to SAP EWM or similar Warehouse Management Systems (EWM highly regarded)
* Mechanically minded with basic hand/power tool knowledge
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
* Good communication skills and positive team attitude
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Physically fit and able to safely perform manual handling tasks
* Basic computer literacy
* A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and desire for long‐term employment
* Experience in assembly or production is an advantage
Licences (Preferred but Not Essential)
* LO (Order Picker) licence
