Human Resources Business Partners Job Description
Job Summary
The organization is seeking two full-time Human Resources Business Partners to work closely with executive and senior leaders to deliver people-focused, compliant, and culturally aligned HR services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Acting as the trusted HR advisor for either Clinical or Community Services teams
* Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning processes
* Leading performance and development processes, probation reviews, and engagement activities to enhance team effectiveness
* Overseeing screening, credentialing, and audit-ready compliance for regulated programs
* Supporting senior managers through change initiatives and workforce improvement projects to drive business success
* Contributing to succession planning, reporting, and HR policy development to ensure alignment with organizational goals
