The Opportunity
Council is seeking a suitably qualified applicant to undertake the role of Casual Customer Service Officer at the Collinsville Administration Office. This role will contribute to a highly effective Customer Service team, by providing a range of local government services including the management of service requests, transactions, complaints and general enquiries in a professional, positive and proactive manner.
Your Impact
Reporting to the Manager Guest Experience, this position is responsible for contributing to the achievement of Customer Service's key performance indicators and providing support services to Council Departments as determined by the Manager Customer Experience.
What You Bring
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
* C Class Drivers Licence.
* Certificate III or IV in Business Administration is desirable.
* Commissioner for Declarations or Justice of Peace is desirable.
